Providing a personal and interactive experience was the most commonly employed strategy of businesses in Hong Kong to target generation Z customers. 29 percent of businesses answered that they prioritized convenience and 25 percent optimized the mobile experience. 23 percent of business had no strategy targeted at generation Z.
