According to the survey about live streaming sales in China, more than 62 percent of respondents said they would contact the live streaming platform to solve the disputes in live streaming shopping. About 31 percent of respondents said they would file a complaint to the related local authorities. Most of the consumers worried about receiving inferior quality goods when shopping on live streaming platforms.

The survey was conducted among respondents:
43.51 percent female and 56.49 percent male;
1.4 percent aged below 18 years, 29.47 percent between 18 and 25 years, 42.11 percent between 26 and 35 years, 14.04 percent between 36 and 45 years, 11.93 percent between 46 and 60 years, 1.05 percent aged above 60 years;
59.8 percent office workers, 18.6 percent free lancers, 11.13 percent students, and 9.47 percent others.
