Opinion on most important factors to achieve gender equality in Peru 2019

Between September and October 2019, around 54 percent of respondents in Peru believed that one of the most important factors to achieve gender equality was having more women represented in government and politics. Additionally, 46 percent of Peruvian respondents thought women holding senior positions in business is also important for gender equality.

In another survey, approximately 60 percent of respondents in Peru agreed that women holding leadership positions would improve gender equality.
