Brazil: most transparent fashion companies 2023
C&A was found to be the most transparent fashion company in Brazil in 2023, based on a survey that analyzed 60 apparel brands and retailers in the country. C&A was awarded 70 percent of the maximum score (250 points) of the transparency index that year. The Fashion Transparency Index ranks brands and retailers based on how much information they disclose about their social and environmental policies, practices, and impact. Malwee and the flip flop brand Havaianas also ranked among the most transparent companies in Brazil that year.
