Business outlook under the impact of COVID-19 in China 2020, by selected market

The expected impact on business development in industries varied significantly during the outbreak of COVID-19 in China. Whereas in online service industries the outlook was positive, offline businesses had a mostly negative outlook on development during that initial period. However, the graph shows that after the pandemic offline industries expected recovery and online services anticipated a decline in growth. After all, in all surveyed industries the participants expected an overall negative impact of COVID-19 on their business.
