Drug prevention expenditure in Poland 2006-2018

In the observed period, the expenditure of local governments (Gmina) in Poland on counteracting drug addiction significantly decreased. In 2018, local governments spent nearly 25.7 million zloty on this purpose, which was more than half the amount spent in 2006. The regional governments (Urząd Marszałkowski) spent almost six million zloty on preventing drug addiction in 2018, an increase of 138 percent to 2006.
