Opinions on sustainability when shopping online in Finland 2019

Based on survey results from 2019, over 30 percent of Finnish consumers preferred environmetally friendly packaging for online purchases, and another 23 percent somewhat agreed on this topic. Overall, environmentally friendly packaging was slightly more popular among the respondents than carbon-neutral delivery of goods. However, 36 percent of the respondents preferred sustainable delivery of products, while less than 20 percent were not in favour of it.
