Perception of homeownership South Korea 2023
According to a survey on homeownership conducted in January 2023, around 88 percent of the respondents in South Korea stated that they should own their homes. The same survey found that Koreans perceived homeownership as basic living stability and this perception would not change even if the investment value of a home changes negatively.
