Most of Finnish online shoppers preferred to receive their online purchases either delivered home (63 percent) or to pick up parcels at a Posti outlet (60 percent) as of 2019. Compared to results from other surveyed countries, Finns were active users of parcel machines (50 percent) and other pickup points for parcels. However, parcel deliveries to workplace, to other address or to a neighbor were less common delivery types in Finland.
