Reasons for not using telemedicine in Poland 2019
The main reason for not using telemedicine services in Poland in 2019 was the lack of knowledge about the use of such services, as indicated by 38 percent of respondents. Over one in four respondents did not use telemedicine because they did not trust it and preferred personal contact with a doctor.
