Due to the coronavirus outbreak in Poland in March 2020, the financial liquidity of companies has significantly deteriorated. However, the situation began to improve in May. The percentage of companies that assess their liquidity as sufficient to survive for more than three months increased from 39 percent in mid-April to 54 percent at the end of May. Moreover, at the end of May, the lack of liquidity was indicated by five percent of companies.
