Opinions on gambling among Italians 2020, by age group
A survey from May 2020 asked Italian individuals about their opinions on gambling. Data show that respondents aged between 18 and 34 years associated more frequently gambling with risk more than other interviewees. Some 44 percent of respondents within this age group believed this, while 31 percent of interviewees aged 45 to 54 years thought the same. Moreover, whereas 41 percent of individuals aged between 45 and 54 years thought of gambling as an addiction, only one quarter of interviewees aged 35 to 44 years held the same opinion.
