In a survey conducted in 2020, regarding the problems of using artificial intelligence (AI) technology in businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region, 52 percent of respondents stated that the use of AI technology in their business made it difficult to build a business case. Comparatively, for the same survey 17 percent of respondents in the Asia Pacific region stated a problem with AI technology use in their business was that there was a lack of senior management understanding of AI.
