In a survey conducted in 2020, regarding the use of artificial intelligence technology in businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region, 62 percent of respondents stated that AI technology was being most actively used in IT management in their respective businesses in 2019. Comparatively, for the same survey, 11 percent of respondents in the Asia Pacific region stated that AI technology was being used for legal and compliance reasons in their businesses.
