In a survey conducted in the third quarter of 2024 about commercial property in Australia, the participants expected office rents to decrease by 0.1 percent in Victoria in the next twelve months. On the other hand, in Western Australia, Queensland, and South Australia and the Northern Territory, an increase in office rents was expected.
