ECG heart rate tracking India 2019 by age group
As per the results of a large scale survey in 2019, a majority of Indian respondents who stated to regularly track their ECG heart rates were young adults between 20 and 44 years of age. Only five percent of the respondents above 60 years of age tracked their ECG, even though people in this age group were more prone to heart diseases.
