Change in price of business supplies due to COVID-19 in South Africa in 2020
In terms of prices of supplies, roughly one third of businesses in South Africa indicated that prices had increased more than normal during the coronavirus pandemic. This according to answers they provided in an April 2020 survey. Responses were mixed, however, as nearly 20 percent said to see no change in the prices of supplies, whereas just 1.4 percent of businesses saw that prices decreased more than normal.
