Under the inertial scenario, the key objective of regulators, such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Federal Antimonopoly Service, Ministry of Healthcare, and Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Healthcare would be the provision of a minimum necessary set of pharmaceuticals and medical goods for the pharmaceutical security of the country in case of political conflicts and sanctions.
