The most popular measure taken by Russian companies to assist employees during the COVID-19 pandemic was providing them with individual protection means, as 73 percent of companies reported doing so. Furthermore, 36 percent of surveyed employers reimbursed taxi costs for workers who needed to visit the office or attend business meetings. However, most companies cut educational employee training and approximately five percent of respondents cut lunch and public transport compensations.
