A survey conducted in the United Kingdom in 2023, found that 37 percent of respondents who had recently used an NHS dentist were satisfied with the service, while 14 percent of those who had not had recent contact with a dentist said they had satisfaction with this service. Overall, it can be seen that respondents who recently used or had contact with NHS services showed higher levels of satisfaction.
