Post-graduation accommodation of students in the United Kingdom (UK) 2019
During their final year, many students who occupy purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) need to plan where they will move next. According to almost half (47 percent) of the respondents to a survey conducted between February and March 2019, they would enter the private rented sector, while one third expected to move into a friend's or family's property. Six percent of those surveyed were already property owners or were planning to buy.
