Passenger load factor of Copa Airlines 2019-2021, per month
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only 40.5 percent of Copa Airlines' seating capacity was utilized in April 2020, down from 73.4 percent a month earlier. In the following months of that year, the passenger load factor —as the metric is technically known— showed some fluctuations, though always below pre-pandemic figures. In June 2021, Copa's utilized seating capacity reached 78.9 percent.
