TurkStream, or Turkish Stream is a 930-kilometer-long natural gas pipeline starting near Anapa, Russia and going through the Black Sea to Kiyikoyy, Turkey. Put into operation in 2020, it is replaced the South Stream project, which was cancelled in 2014 due to routing as well as legal issues, such as EU internal energy market rules.
