Nearly 19 million passenger cars traveled through the Aburra Valley in 2022. The tollbooth in Guarne - a town located to the west of Medellín, Colombia - was the most transited one in this valley, with more than 5.6 million cars passing through. Between January and October 2023, 4.5 million cars had already paid a toll in Guarne, which was over one million more than cars paying a toll in Las Palmas, second toll location in the ranking.
