A survey conducted by Vase.ai on Malaysian online shopping behavior in 2020, found that 85 percent of respondents purchased items during the sales for themselves. In comparison, 43 percent shared that they bought basic necessities for their family and home. According to the same survey, respondents found that the 12.12 sale had the best promotions and discounts as compared to other sales period.
