The younger generations were the age group that most went out to do the shopping during the coronavirus lockdown in Spain in 2020. During the quarantine, which began in March 2020, millennials and zoomers accounted for 57 percent of the total number of shopping outings in Spanish homes, with 29 percent and 28 percent respectively.
