As of April 2020, 11 percent of Hungarians living in Budapest stated that they would have needed medical care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak but they chose not to consult a doctor because of the situation caused by the epidemic. In total, 20 percent of respondents reported that they needed medical attention during the coronavirus crisis.
