Over the period from the first quarter of 2014 to the first quarter of 2024, the estimation of demand for inbound tourism in Russia was primarily negative. From January to March 2024, the difference between negative and positive forecasts of tourist organizations stood at thirty one percent. The only positive figures occurred in the second and third quarters of 2017 and 2018.
