Pawan Hans net profit after tax FY 2017-2022

In financial year 2022, Pawan Hans Limited reported a net loss after tax of over 18.6 billion Indian rupees. According to the company, pay revisions, heavy increment in insurance premiums, increase in lease rents, the imposition of liquidation damages, and a revenue decrease were the explanations for the loss. However, lower expenses in fiscal year 2020, helped the company to register lower losses.

Pawan Hans Limited was founded in 1985 and had its office registered in New Delhi. It began its operation in October 1986. As of March 2019, Pawan Hans Limited was a publicly listed company, and the Government of India had a 51 percent stake, while ONGC had the remainder. It was the flagship helicopter service provider for the Government of India.
