Growth rate of retail trade in construction materials Thailand 2018-2020
Thailand's retail trade in construction materials was forecasted to contract by 18.6 percent in 2020. This forecast was made on the worst-case scenario assumption, in which 80 percent of construction material retailers would have to be closed-down until the end of June 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the first half of 2019 alone, Bangkok had more than 27 thousand of new condominiums.
