Hypertension is defined based on an average of up to three systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements taken using an oscillometric protocol as a measured systolic blood pressure
greater than or equal to 130 mm Hg, a measured diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 80 mm Hg, or currently taking a medication to lower high blood pressure.
