What new types of products have you purchased online since the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak began (compared with normal conditions)?
* The report is based on interviews with a total of about 11,000 consumers in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden and the UK. The number of respondents varies somewhat between the countries. In most of them, the number of respondents was around 1,000. The Nordics are an exception, where the countries are reported as one.
