A survey on businesses in Singapore before and during the COVID-19 pandemic found that the share of organizations that fell under leaders in the culture of innovation increased to 15.7 percent since the COVID-19 pandemic, compared to 12 percent before the pandemic. The culture of innovation was defined as synergizing four key areas that would drive sustained innovation in a business: data, technology, people, and processes.
