The source adds the following information: “Non-residents hold 2.9 billion euros out of the 270.5 billion euros in Livret A outstandings. The difference in Livret A outstandings (251.7 billion euros) with chapter 1 (256.7 billion euros) is explained by the “households” perimeter which includes, within the meaning of national accounts, individuals and non-profit institutions serving households (NPISH) . Due to rounding differences, an aggregate may not be exactly equal to the total of the components. "
