In 2020, investments in geological exploration in non-oil and gas resources mostly decreased in comparison with the previous year. Investments in bauxite, iron, coal and maganese were the only ones with a positive year-on-year change. At that time, Chinese bauxite exploration presented the a year-on-year growth of 89.5 percent, while potash investments decreased by 6.7 percent.
