The source adds the following information: "The number of employees is defined as those working for an employee, provided by an employment contract and receiving compensation in the form of salary, wages, emoluments, gratuities, piece rates or remuneration in kind. A person employed by a recruitment agency is considered to be a temporary employee of the agency and not of the unit (client) for which he or she works."
