Consumer location preference for foodservice vs. primary grocery shopping U.S. 2019
Most U.S. consumers purchased foodservice items from the same grocery store where they did their primary grocery shopping in 2019. About a third of shoppers bought their foodservice items at their primary store and others stores and only six percent shopped for foodservice exclusively at another store than their primary supermarket.
