Ranking of news apps, by energy consumption level, in France in 2018
From a list of the most popular and performing newspaper applications in France in 2018, the source has measured which of these websites had the highest and the lowest energy consumption rate, measured in milliampere hour (mAh). Les Echos ranked in first, with 10.39 mAh, followed by Libération.fr (10.47 mAh) and l'Express (12.1 mAh). The worst performing app with the highest energy consumption was Le Parisien with 32.35 mAh. In terms of mAh consumption during the launch phase of the app, the news press app with the lowest mAh levels was l'Express.
