Leading non-news media content consumed during COVID-19 MCO Malaysia 2020

A survey on Malaysians and their media consumption during the COVID-19 Movement Control Order (MCO) period found that 67 percent of respondents have been watching movies during that time. Movies, followed by TV series/dramas, and cooking shows were the top three consumed non-news media content by Malaysians during the MCO. Malaysia introduced the MCO on March 18 to slow down the spread of COVID-19. The MCO was extended for the third time till May 12.
