COVID-19 projected impact on e-commerce profitability in Sweden 2021

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak seemed to have impacted the profitability rate of Swedish webshops. However, the profitability index was expected to be higher in the first half of 2021, compared to the same period the previous year. The index for July 2021 was forecast to 98.4, down from previous month. An index of a value lower than 100 was considered negative, compared to the neutral value of 100.
