Promising cities for investments after COVID-19 among investors in China 2020

According to a survey conducted among key decision makers from the most active investment institutions in the last three years in China, 96 percent of the respondents would invest in Shanghai in the next 12 months after COVID-19, slightly higher than 92 percent for Beijing. About 11 percent of the respondents showed interest in investing in Wuhan.

Original question: Which of the following cities will your company consider to invest in over the next 12 months?

The survey was conducted among 122 key decision makers in senior management in the leading investment institutions in mainland China. Among those, 63 survey respondents were from foreign funded institutions, 55 from domestic-funded institutions, and four from joint venture institutions.
