COVID-19 impact on use of digital payments in India 2020
According to the results of a survey among Indians on the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its consequent lockdown, a majority of respondents reported no change in their use of digital payments. However, 33 percent said they used digital payments more than before, while nine percent made online payments exclusively.
