Online price change in high-demand products in the UK March-April 2020

In the United Kingdom (UK), over the two-week period between March 23-29, 2020 and March 30-April 5, 2020, the percentage change in the online prices of high-demand products was an average of around 1.5 percent. On a week-on-week basis, while the online prices of certain products (baby food, antibacterial hand wipes, cough and cold medication, for instance) decreased, a large number of other high-demand products increased their price online in the week ending April 5, 2020.
