The outbreak of coronavirus has contributed to an increased demand for fast-moving products in Poland. After the Polish government announced the decision to suspend classes in schools and close the borders on March 11, panic buying was recorded across the country. In the 17th week of 2020, the value of the FMCG online sales increased by 38 percent compared to the week before.
