Opinion on when CRE investment activity will recover post COVID-19 in China 2020
According to a survey conducted among key decision makers from domestic and foreign investment institutions, 39 percent of all respondents believed that commercial real estate (CRE) investment would pick up in three to six months in China after COVID-19. About 34 percent agreed to a recovery period of half a year to a year.
