Growth in online audience during the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Italy 2020, by format

During the first week of lockdown imposed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), Italian users preferred to entertain or inform themselves through written content. Between March 9 and 15, the audience of text pages reported an increase of 73.5 percent, while the audience of video content grew by 56.7 percent over the considered week. Over the following week, the number of video unique users caught up with an increase of 65 percent.
