From March 23 to March 29, 2020, approximately 16 percent of users of personal finance app GuiaBolso in Brazil used food delivery apps, up from 10.5 percent in the first business week of the month. The share of GuiaBolso users who used ride-sharing apps decreased from over 23 percent to less than six percent in the same period. The changes were linked to the spread of COVID-19 in Brazil.
