Due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on the Chinese and world economy, business and government purchases for technology goods and services in China are predicted to drop between two and six percent in the first quarter of 2020. However, tech spending in China is expected to resume growth by the second quarter, ultimately growing by 2.3 to 4.5 percent in the full year of 2020.
