Almost half of UK businesses have made their staff work from home due to the outbreak of coronavirus as of March 2020, with 28.5 percent advising that they have decreased working hours. By contrast, almost ten percent of businesses surveyed had actually increased working hours, with 4.9 percent recruiting for short-term positions.
