Consumers' opinion on healthcare experience APAC 2019

In a survey conducted in the Asia Pacific region in 2019, regarding consumers' experiences when it came to healthcare, 72 percent of the respondents agreed with the statement that the hospital wait times were too long. This opinion was closely followed by the agreement that drug costs were too high, in which 62 percent of respondents agreed with this statement during the same survey.
